UP Central Córdoba didn't need to reinvent itself; it needed to reactivate itself.
The story was already written: a traditional building with architectural value, an unbeatable location, and dormant potential. At Interiores Maluk, we set out to awaken that potential, updating its identity through design.
The project encompassed a complete renovation of the hotel, including its 37 rooms, hallways, and common areas, including the lobby. The challenge was clear: modernize without erasing the original footprint. Therefore, every design decision sought to respect the existing structure while simultaneously elevating the guest experience.
We created a concept that combines the classic with the contemporary, adding warmth, functionality, and a subtly updated aesthetic. The new lobby welcomes guests with character, the rooms invite relaxation, and the entire complex conveys harmony, comfort, and operational efficiency.
