Separating two business units without losing functionality or closing the space was the greatest challenge of this project. UP Viamonte needed to visually and operationally divide its lobby and restaurant without undergoing a complete renovation. At Interiores Maluk, we designed a strategic solution that optimized operations and elevated the guest experience.

Through a classic modern design, we created two distinct areas, visually connected by glass planes and lightweight woodwork. The new lobby, with a reduced footprint, was carefully designed to maintain operational efficiency, fluid circulation, and a sophisticated aesthetic that conveys calm and professionalism from the moment you enter.
